For fashion editors, writers, stylists and retailers, New York Fashion Week is a chance to spot trends and themes for the upcoming season. But giving form to those looks are a small army of models, makeup artists, hairstylists and of course, the designers.

Here’s a look back at what happened behind the scenes and on the runways of New York’s Fashion Week.

President Donald Trump says he wants to “permanently pause migration” from poorer nations and is promising to seek to expel millions of immigrants from the United States by revoking their legal status.
