Comic Williams to play Hard Rock

Katt Williams often is compared to Richard Pryor, and he just might outswear the late master in stand-up riffs on everything from Iraq to Michael Jackson (who probably won't be in the audience).

Williams is back at the Hard Rock Hotel for the second time this year, after performing there during the NBA All-Star Weekend in February. He also plans to be back in town the week of July 16 to accept the Rising Entertainer of the Year honor from the Entertainment Merchants Association at The Venetian.

Tickets are $65.50-$99.50 for his 8 p.m. show at 4455 Paradise Road; call 693-5066.
