More Sounds of

the Underground

It will be enough heavy metal in one concentrated location to rival the fruit of a 1,000 scrap yards.

The annual Sounds of the Underground tour is back in town, boasting Swede viking metal baddies Amon Amarth, nouveau death metal upstarts Job For A Cowboy, Cleveland thrash antagonists Chimaira, metalcore deviants The Number 12 Looks Like You and a half dozen more.

Enjoy your hearing while it lasts.

See the show at 2:45 p.m. on Monday at the House of Blues at Mandalay Bay, 3950 Las Vegas Blvd. South.

Tickets are $30; call 632-7600.
