NextLight Renewable Power wants to develop solar power project in Eldorado Valley

An official with San Francisco-based NextLight Renewable Power LLC said today his company plans to amend its Boulder City Land Management Plan request to develop a solar power project in Eldorado Valley.

NextLight previously told the city Planning Commission it wanted to develop 3,200 acres. Jim Woodruff, vice president of regulatory and government affairs for the company, said it now wants to add an undetermined number of acres to the south of the previously requested area.
