No damage after 4.1 quake hits near Wells

RENO -- There were no reports of damage or injuries Tuesday after a 4.1 earthquake hit 11 miles northeast of Wells, the Elko County sheriff's office reported.
The temblor hit at 6:16 a.m., according to the National Earthquake Information Center in Golden, Colo.
Located about 60 miles west of the Nevada-Utah line on Interstate 80, Wells was hit by a 6.0 magnitude earthquake on Feb. 21 that damaged hundreds of homes and much of the town's historical district.
The region has had hundreds of aftershocks since the February quake.
