Nonprofit seeks family sponsors

A local nonprofit is seeking help with its annual program aimed at making sure hundreds of needy families have a happy holiday this year.

HELP of Southern Nevada needs sponsors for its Adopt A Family program, which provides low-income families with presents each year.

HELP hopes to have sponsors for 350 families this year.

To become a sponsor, apply by Thursday at www.helpsonv.org. Sponsors will receive a wish list providing guidelines when shopping for the families.
