North Las Vegas woman identified as crash victim
A 42-year-old woman who died after crashing her vehicle Wednesday afternoon on Decatur Boulevard was identified Thursday by the Clark County coroner's office as North Las Vegan Cherlyn Marie Wilson.
Las Vegas police said the crash, near Washington Avenue, occurred at 4:41 p.m.
Wilson, who died at University Medical Center, was driving a minivan north on Decatur when she crossed the median into southbound traffic. The minivan struck a pole and three palm trees before coming to a stop.
