NEW YORK -- A man suspected of robbing two New York City banks while armed with a floral bouquet and a potted plant has been arrested. Police say 44-year-old Edward Pemberton was taken into custody in Brooklyn after police received a tip. It's been dubbed the "bouquet bandit" case.
