NYC police make arrest in `bouquet bandit’ case
NEW YORK -- A man suspected of robbing two New York City banks while armed with a floral bouquet and a potted plant has been arrested. Police say 44-year-old Edward Pemberton was taken into custody in Brooklyn after police received a tip. It's been dubbed the "bouquet bandit" case. Hidden inside the flower arrangement was a note demanding $50 and $100 bills and a message for the teller, "Don't be a hero."
