Obama talks openness but fails to deliver
On Monday the Obama administration conducted a workshop on governmental openness. You guessed it. It was closed to the public.

His only big claim to laying all on the table is Recovery.gov, that purports to tell how stimulus money was spent. It is mostly fiction and bad math.
He promised to release photos of terrorist suspect detainees. He reneged.
