Omelet House to open at the Plaza
You've already eaten Golden Gate shrimp cocktails for lunch and deep fried Twinkies and Oreos from Mermaids for dinner.
But where are you going to get a, um, killer breakfast on Fremont Street?
Owners of the Plaza hope it's at the new Omelet House opening this month in their joint.
It will be the third Las Vegas location for the 30-year-old local restaurant chain.
As the name implies, Omelet House has more than 30 omelet selections. It also offers other breakfast standards such as pancakes, French toast, eggs benedict and waffles.
There is also a lunch menu. Plans are for the Plaza location to be open 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. every day except Thanksgiving and Christmas.
No opening date was provided, save for the phrase "mid-June."
