Paul plans Nevada campaign visits
Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul is scheduled to visit Southern and Northern Nevada on Thursday, according to his campaign.
None of Paul's Southern Nevada events is open to the general public. In addition to media interviews and a Strip convention address, the Texas congressman plans to speak to parents and students at the Henderson International School, a private, pre-K-through-12 academy.
Thursday evening, Paul will head to Fallon, where he is scheduled to address a gathering of Churchill County Republicans.
Paul has an unorthodox message that has attracted an ardent online following and has inspired some surprisingly strong fundraising. Last month, he drew more than 1,000 people at an appearance at UNLV.
