Phil Spector found guilty of 2nd-degree murder
LOS ANGELES — Music producer Phil Spector has been convicted of second-degree murder in the shooting death of actress Lana Clarkson at his mansion six years ago.
It asks to restrict the way police enforce dispersal orders and shoot pepper balls in the wake of controversy over protests last year.
Sarah Davi and her husband, the Rev. Nick Davi, were shot by their neighbor in December 2023.
Many of the wounded were in their teens to mid-20s, police said.
The increases, which were set to take effect Jan. 1, come as the Republican president instituted a broad swath of taxes on imported goods to address trade imbalances and other issues.
