PHOTOS: Link in Team’s Chain

Teams of airmen from the engineers’ unit at Nellis Air Force Base, the 820th Red Horse Squadron, competed Thursday in the Warrior Challenge, a series of events including a sand-bag lift, tire swap and loader pull to test their physical, mental and social skills.

The challenge is a part of the Life of a Warrior Initiative, aimed at building a culture of airmen who invest positively in themselves instead of making negative lifestyle choices that destroy their minds and bodies.
