Plane from Las Vegas skids off runway in Romulus, Mich.

ROMULUS, Mich. -- A Delta Air Lines flight from Las Vegas skidded off a runway as it was taxiing at Detroit Metropolitan Airport after landing, the Detroit Free Press reported Monday. There were no injuries when the nose wheel of Flight 753 carrying 160 passengers left the pavement Sunday afternoon. Area conditions were icy at the time .

Delta spokeswoman Kristin Baur said there was no apparent damage to the airplane.
