Police find two bodies in apartment

Two bodies were found in an apartment on the east side of the valley Wednesday.

Las Vegas police said they responded about 12:28 p.m. to the scene, 5075 Spyglass Hill Drive, near Sahara Avenue and Nellis Boulevard, after being contacted by a friend of the pair.

The friend told police he had gone to the home to check on his friends' welfare. Police said the pair recently had moved into the apartment.

Police said that when they entered the apartment, they found the bodies.

Police said the two people died from unknown injuries.

They said they had no suspects.
