Porn brunch menu offers hot dishes

You can wear pajamas to brunch at Simon at Palm Place. If you prefer a spread featuring lobster and champagne, head for Bally's ultimate champagne brunch.

Or you can go for Sin City's latest provocative twist: the porn brunch. It's the brainchild of punk rock food critic Al Mancini, a co-author of "Eating Las Vegas: 50 Essential Restaurants." Mancini is teaming up with porn star Joanna Angel and her Burning Angel galpals on Sunday in a private dining room at First Food and Bar at The Palazzo.

The ladies helped design the menu with chef Sammy DeMarco, and they'll join guests at the table to explain the dishes.

The ladies are in town for the AVN porn convention, which wraps up with the awards show tonight at the Hard Rock Hotel.

The hottest item on the menu should have been named the Heartburning Angel: It's a BBQ pork biscuit with an over-easy egg topped with jalapeno Hollandaise. Reservations: 702-607-3478. Starts at 1 p.m. The brunch costs $50, which includes a complimentary drink and a copy of Mancini's book.

A PAIR OF ACES

Spotted in the parking lot at The Las Vegas Country Club on Friday: two cars parked next to each other with the vanity license plates: "Aced 3" and "Aced 17."

Turns out the owners of the cars are longtime golf buddies, Keith Evans and Pete Usgaard.

Evans got his ace on No. 3 at LVCC and Usgaard on No. 17, also at LVCC. Usgaard's won a tournament at the club in 1988.

Usgaard, 76, wouldn't be surprised to see Evans score another ace.

"He regularly shoots his age," Usgaard said.

Evans is 88.
