Center hosts Fitness classes

The Centennial Hills Active Adult Center, 6601 N. Buffalo Drive, offers 25 weekly fitness classes including yoga, water and arthritis aerobics, cardio dance, tai chi and many others. Through a partnership with the Centennial Hills YMCA, center members have, for a limited time, free use of the cardio/weight room and the indoor lap pool. Membership costs $15 per month. Pickle ball, a cross between badminton, tennis and table tennis, is offered from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at Dula Gym, 441 E. Bonanza Road. Cost is $2 per year. Call 229-6307 for details.

Fitness center offers membership

The Cora Coleman Senior Center has a complete fitness center with cardiovascular equipment and resistance machines. All new members must participate in a 15-minute orientation before working out. Membership fees for seniors are $3 per day, $15 per month or $105 per year. The center is at 2100 Bonnie Lane. Call 455-7617.
