Rain storms delay McCarran flights

McCarran International Airport is experiencing flight delays due to the storm system dropping rain across the southwest United States today. Southwest Airlines has canceled flights to six California and Arizona airports: Burbank, Calif., Ontario, Calif., Orange County, Calif., San Diego, Phoenix and Tucson, Ariz. Flights to Burbank and Ontario are expected to tentatively resume after 6 p.m.

McCarran officials encourage travelers to check McCarran.com or their airline for flight information.
