Red Rock trails workshops set

Public lands officials will hold two workshops Thursday to discuss the feasibility of building a nonmotorized, multi-use trail system through the northern part of Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area.

Both sessions, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., will be at the Bureau of Land Management office, 4701 N. Torrey Pines Drive.

Similar workshops were held in June to gather public input on possibly constructing a trail system near Route 157.
