Reno police chief picks up black belt in Brazilian jiujitsu

RENO - Better think twice before messing with Reno Police Chief Steven Pitts.

Pitts was upgraded to a black belt in jiujitsu during a ceremony Saturday at a Reno academy.

Pitts told KRNV-TV that he has been practicing martial arts since he was young and he studies Brazilian jiujitsu as a way to blow off steam from his job pressures.
