School district patrol car hit by vehicle

A Clark County School District patrol car was struck by a vehicle in central Las Vegas Saturday afternoon.

Just before 5 p.m., the patrol vehicle was struck by driver suspected of being “impaired”near the intersection of Jones Boulevard and Vegas Drive, Metro Lt. Jeff Goodwin said.

The driver was taken into custody. No injuries were reported.
