UPDATE: Amy Hanley, in a Facebook post early Saturday, said she is home and safe and "truly sorry for worrying everyone." Hanley said was going through "a trying time" after her nude photos appeared on a website. She said she felt "betrayed...violated and hurt." But, she added, now that the photos are out "I say look at me I’m beautiful, strong, confident and fabulous both inside and out."
Amy Hanley, the hit man's daughter in TLC's reality show "Sin City Rules," is missing, according to a Facebook post by her mother.
In her post that appeared on Saturday, Wendy Mazaros said she had not heard from her daughter in 48 hours and pleaded for her to call home.
Hanley had posted a cryptic message on Facebook about 5 p.m. Wednesday saying she was driving from Las Vegas to Los Angeles.
"Shame on me for getting a late start to Los Angeles!:)" she wrote.
"I am driving at night n not my best friend for sure! Wish me luck everyone!:) I am driving alone too!!!! ;)"
A website, TV Fishbowl, ran nude photos of Hanley on Friday and included quotes from Hanley, who asked, "So who betrayed me?" She was quoted by the website as saying she sent the photos to her estranged husband and cast member Alicia Jacobs.
Mazaros, who was recently featured on "I Married a Mobster," was the common-law wife of Hanley's father, Tom Hanley, who admitted he was involved in the 1977 car-bomb murder of Culinary union head Al Bramlet.
Mazaros, through an intermediary, said she was not talking to the media.
Amy Hanley was 3 years old when her father died in prison in 1979.
Hanley tweeted about noon on Wednesday that someone had hacked her Twitter and Facebook accounts.
Jacobs, a former entertainment reporter at KSNV-TV, Channel 3, said she is not the only cast member who received nude photos from Hanley.
In an email sent to TV Fishbowl and the Review-Journal, Jacobs wrote: "Amy Hanley showed naked photos of herself to many people, myself included, in the middle of December. She wanted help in selling before her ex-husband could sell them.
"I absolutely declined to be involved. I have written of all of this. I did not give or sell naked photos of Amy Hanley to anyone and for someone to say I did, is completely libelous and will be held accountable."
Jacobs said she was contacted in November by Lana Fuchs, who said Hanley wanted advice on how to go about selling the nude photos.
Jacobs said she was sent screen grabs of text messages between Fuchs and Hanley. During the exchange between Fuchs and Hanley, Jacobs said Fuchs recommended that Hanley wait until the show was under way because she might get more money for the photos.
