State Route 160 reopens after fatal collision
A fatal collision shut down state Route 160 for several hours Wednesday.
The Nevada Highway Patrol said about 11 a.m. there was a fatal collision between a semi-truck and a Ford Thunderbird.
The male driver of the Thunderbird, who was not identified, died at the scene. The truck driver sustained minor injuries and was treated at University Medical Center.
Northbound and southbound lanes of state Route 160 reopened about 5:30 p.m., the Highway Patrol said.
