State Supreme Court refuses to disqualify judge who stopped bid to put property tax cap measure on ballot
The Nevada Supreme Court has rejected a request to disqualify a judge who ruled against putting a property tax cap measure on the November ballot.
The court also rejected a stay in Judge Charles McGee's ruling.
The secretary of state has said absentee ballots have been printed and it is too late to put the tax cap measure sought by Sharron Angle, a former state assemblywoman, on the ballot.
