Strong winds to hit valley Saturday

The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for all of Southern Nevada between noon and 9 p.m. Saturday. Winds will come from the southwest at 20-30 mph, with gusts between 40 and 50 mph.

Starting Sunday, temperatures will start to cool down signficantly in the Las Vegas Valley. Highs are forecast to be in the mid-90s, with lows in the low 70s. The cooling trend is expected to last a few days.
