Suspect in fatal stabbing at Bally’s won’t have bail

The suspect in a fatal stabbing at Bally's was ordered by a judge Wednesday to be held without bail in the Clark County Detention Center.

Latrovia Reed, 23, who turned herself in to authorities after the stabbing early Friday morning, had been booked into jail on a charge of murder with a deadly weapon.

Las Vegas police said the victim, 24-year-old Talesha Jamerson, was arguing with two women as they walked into the hotel-casino about 6 a.m. After the stabbing, Jamerson walked out of the casino, leaving behind a trail of blood, and collapsed near the valet parking kiosk. Reed, of Milwaukee, initially fled the scene.
