Two people were arrested Tuesday in the stabbing death of a 27-year-old man who was dropped off at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center the night before.
Las Vegas police said a woman called 911 about 11 p.m. Monday night asking for directions to the nearest hospital because she had a person in the car with her who had been stabbed.
The woman and the man arrived at Sunrise minutes later, and he died soon after arrival. His name was unavailable.
Police determined that the victim and the woman were in the 100 block of West Chicago Avenue, near Oakey Boulevard and Main Street, when they were attacked by two men they knew.
The two men, 26-year-old Paul Morgan and 24-year-old Sergio Ramirez, stabbed the victim multiple times, police said.
They were arrested early Tuesday morning without incident in the area of East Sahara Avenue and Van Patten Street, near Paradise Road.
Both were charged with murder with a deadly weapon, first-degree kidnapping with a deadly weapon, and robbery with a deadly weapon. They were being held without bail.
