Veterans, active-duty military get break on park’s tour fees

Great Basin National Park will waive Lehman Caves tour fees for veterans and active-duty military personnel and their families during Veterans Day weekend, Nov. 11-13.

"This is our way of saying 'thank you,' " park Superintendent Andy Ferguson said in a news release Tuesday.

Call (775) 234-7331 ext. 242 for information about the tour times and reservations. Children under 5 years old are not allowed on the 90-minute Grand Palace tours.
