Victim of shooting identified; man sought

The 47-year-old Las Vegas man who was shot to death Monday near Decatur Boulevard and Vegas Drive was Mark Haberman.

Las Vegas police allege that 40-year-old Mario Lino shot Haberman to death at about 12:30 p.m. in the victim's home in the 1900 block of Stonehaven Drive.

Lino is alleged to have shot Haberman because he believed the victim was having an affair with his wife, police said.

Lino's wife was working as a pool cleaner at Haberman's house at the time of the shooting, police said.

Authorities said Lino might have fled to California.
