RENO -- Health officials have confirmed Washoe County's first swine flu-related death.
The Washoe District Health Department said Wednesday that the woman who died had underlying health conditions and she was between 25 and 49.
Officials say they do not plan to release any further information on the case.
The county reports that 123 new cases of swine flu occurred in the week that ended Saturday.
