The WeedZ Alternatives store, where customers can smoke a bowl of King Krypto Herbal Incense, a synthetic marijuana, after purchasing it.  Steve Vogt, owner of Weedz Alternatives in downtown Las Vegas, says he's not worried about hearings scheduled this week in court and at Las Vegas City Hall — even though he's facing eviction and a police determination that his smoke shop, which specializes in selling synthetic marijuana, is bad for the neighborhood.
