Woman sentenced in death

KINGMAN, Ariz. -- A Utah woman who pleaded guilty to negligent homicide in the death of her husband in northwest Arizona was sentenced Friday to four months in jail.

Mohave County Superior Court Commissioner Lee Jantzen agreed with the prosecution that her own injuries and the loss of her husband served as severe punishment for Teri Henrie, 43, of St. George.

The defense conceded that she was legally intoxicated when driving home. The vehicle struck a median barrier fatally injuring Jason Henrie.
