Woman’s murder nets five life terms

A 30-year-old man accused of raping and killing a Boulder City woman was sentenced to several life sentences Tuesday in District Court.

District Judge Donald Mosley sentenced Kahmuhh Eisenhour to five life terms for the murder of Sharon Sharpe, 51, in 2006. Eisenhour had pleaded guilty to murder with a deadly weapon, sexual assault with a deadly weapon and kidnapping.

He received multiple life terms because of deadly weapon sentencing enhancements.

Sharpe was found slain near the Hacienda hotel-casino in May 2006. Authorities said Eisenhour admitted to having consensual sex with Sharpe on the day she died.

He told police she died when she tripped and hit her head on a rock.
