Worker crushed by front-loader in critical condition

A construction worker was hospitalized Monday afternoon after being crushed by a front-loader, the Clark County Fire Department said.

Firefighters were called about 1 p.m. to the Hustler Topless Bar, 3131 Ponderosa Way, near Dean Martin Drive, spokesman Scott Allison said.

Paramedics took him to University Medical Center in critical condition, Allison said.

The Nevada Occupational Safety and Health Administration was investigating.
