According to a 2016 Cone Communications millennial employee engagement study, 76 percent of millennials consider a company’s social and environmental commitments when deciding where to work and nearly 64 percent of millennials won’t take a job if a potential employer doesn’t have strong corporate social responsibility practices.

Florida State University Head Coach Jimbo Fisher is Leaving to Coach at Texas A&M Fisher resigned on Friday, just one day ahead of Florida State’s final game of the season. Kevin Sumlin, the previous head coach at A&M, was fired earlier this week. In his eight years in charge, Fisher lead FSU to a 83-23 record with a 5-2 record in bowl games. Fisher’s best season asa head coach came in 2013 when he helped the school to a BCS National Championship. “I believe Texas A&M is getting one of the best coaches in college football. We appreciate all [Fisher] has done for our program and wish him and his family great success moving forward.”
