(BPT) - - Producing enough food to meet the needs of a growing world population is a serious and increasingly challenging issue. The Earth’s population is projected to reach more than 9 billion by 2050, an increase of some 2 billion from today. 

Peanuts can be one solution. They are nutritious, containing more protein than any other nut – and more than 30 vitamins and nutrients. Peanuts put back into the ground what other crops take out and they use significantly less water than other nuts.
