Robert Carson gave up a two-out single to Marwin Gonzalez in the ninth before striking out Jon Singleton to get his ninth save. ... Brian Bixler had an RBI groundout and Kirk Nieuwenhuis hit an RBI single in the fourth, and Eric Campbell hit a tying sacrifice fly in the fifth. ...
