5 Heir of Storm - Back class gelding has struggled of late; blinkers off, Peter Miller runs him first time for a price tag.

3 Hadfunlastnight - Claimed by Victor Garcia off a nice win and bumped up one notch in class; tactical speed to sit a nice trip.

Long Shot - 2 Apollo Ten

Race 3 - 6 1/2 furlongs (turf, rail at 30 feet), $100,000 California Flag Handicap, 3-year-olds and up

4 Boozer - Short priced chalk has a strong resume down the hillside turf course; proved he does not need the lead to succeed.

2 Super Ability - First time down the hillside turf course; surprising considering his success on SoCal turf.

3 Vow Me Over - Tried turf for the first time; ran well over synthetics in last, Mark Glatt taking the blinker’s off.

2 Flat Footed Mama - Bob Baffert charge ran awful at odds on in last; tries turf and the blinkers’ come off today.
