Jamaal Franklin scored 21 points as the Aztecs opened with an impressive victory over Oklahoma. But the Mountain West’s last team standing in the NCAA Tournament is not getting by to the Sweet 16. The 15th-seeded Eagles (25-10) rank 49th in the nation in scoring and field-goal percentage, and their 78-68 upset of Georgetown, a 13½-point favorite, was not a fluke.
