Condors top Wranglers in shootout, 2-1

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Josh Lunden tied the game in the third period, but the Bakersfield Condors won a shootout to earn a 2-1 victory over the Wranglers.

Condors defenseman Erik Burgdoerfer scored in the second period to put Bakersfield (5-7-1-1) on top before Lunden equalized with about seven minutes to play for Las Vegas (3-6-0-2).

Bakersfield's first three players scored in the shootout to earn a 3-1 win.

The Wrangers play at Bakersfield again at 7 p.m. today.
