Five-run seventh inning propels 51s to 6-5 win

■ HIGHLIGHTS: At Cashman Field, first baseman Ike Davis continued his hot hitting for the 51s, going 2-for-3 with a home run and a double as Las Vegas took a 2-1 series lead. His two-run homer to left-center field capped a five-run seventh that gave the 51s a 6-2 lead. The homer was Davis’ fifth in 13 games for Las Vegas. ... Second baseman Wilmer Flores lined a two-run single up the middle earlier in the inning to give the 51s a 4-2 lead. ... Former UNLV standout Efren Navarro went 3-for-5 with an RBI for the Bees to boost his season average to .341. ... Davis was named PCL Player of the Week on Monday. Davis posted a .474 with four homers and seven RBIs and eight walks in six games last week.
