■ BONANZA -- Girls soccer player Bree Hammel had two goals and two assists in an 8-1 victory over Western.

■ CHAPARRAL -- Boys basketball player Zach Kirschbaum had 16 points and 20 rebounds against Rancho. Girls basketball player Octavia Gray had 17 points and eight rebounds against Las Vegas.

■ CIMARRON-MEMORIAL -- Boys basketball player Erik Brewer totaled 68 points in three games. Girls bowler Jenna Graydon had a 580 series to help the Bengals defeat Cimarron-Memorial 9-0 in the Sunset Region final.

■ CORONADO -- Wrestler Brendan Larsen earned a pin in 10 seconds against Moapa Valley.

■ DESERT OASIS -- Girls bowler Melissa Blanco had a season-high 223 game in a 7-2 victory over Arbor View. Boys bowler Adam Eslinger had two 265 games in the Sunset Region tournament.

■ ELDORADO -- Girls soccer player Teresa Barajas totaled three goals in wins over Desert Pines and Canyon Springs.

■ FOOTHILL -- Wrestler Kyle Harris went 2-0 in league duals against Basic and Silverado.

■ GREEN VALLEY -- Girls soccer defender Nicole Westover helped key the defense in a 2-0 victory over Foothill. The Gators have given up only five goals in 10 league matches with Westover on the field. Wrestler Spencer Watson had two triple-overtime victories in matches against Basic and Liberty.

■ LAS VEGAS -- Wrestler Cody McGeshick went 9-0 at the Class 2A Southern League Duals.

■ MOUNTAIN VIEW -- Boys basketball player Justyn Anderson scored 55 points against Needles and totaled 136 points in three games. Girls basketball player Patrice Marshall totaled 39 points in three games.

■ PALO VERDE -- Boys basketball player Nahjee Matlock totaled 49 points and 13 rebounds in wins over Cimarron-Memorial, Shadow Ridge and Cheyenne. Girls basketball player Nicole Ameli had 23 points, seven rebounds and seven steals in a 66-46 win over Cimarron-Memorial.

■ SIERRA VISTA -- Girls basketball player Jeanette Jackson had 23 points, seven steals and seven assists in a 77-55 win over Spring Valley. Boys basketball player Maiscei Grier totaled 37 points, eight rebounds, seven steals and four assists in two games.

■ SILVERADO -- Wrestler Seth Bohman stayed unbeaten on the season.

■ VALLEY -- Boys basketball player Caleb Carter had 17 points and 10 rebounds in a 60-53 victory over Las Vegas.
