• ARBOR VIEW -- Boys cross country runner Greg Marschick placed third to lead the Aggies to the team title at the Northwest League meet. Girls cross country runner Amberly Halstead was fourth at the Northwest League meet.

• BISHOP GORMAN -- Boys soccer player Shane Thompson had a total of four goals in two games, giving him 12 goals for the season.

• BONANZA -- Football player Dasean Martin rushed for 187 yards and three TDs and caught a touchdown pass against Spring Valley.

• BOULDER CITY -- Girls cross country runner Stephanie Adams was first in the small school division at the Southern Nevada League Championships.

• CANYON SPRINGS -- Football player Deavin Rimmey rushed for 104 yards and a touchdown against Las Vegas. Girls tennis player Rebecca Breland remained undefeated, winning the Sunrise Region singles title.

• CENTENNIAL -- Girls cross country runner Leah Mullen placed 24th in the Northwest League meet.

• CHAPARRAL -- Girls tennis players Kelley Terry and Kiara Miller placed fourth in the Sunrise Region doubles tournament. Boys soccer player Christian Ayala had two goals in a 4-0 victory over Rancho.

• CORONADO -- Boys soccer player Brock Morrison anchored the defense as the Cougars posted three shutouts. Girls cross country runner Kristal Hosaka placed second in the Southeast League meet.

• DESERT OASIS -- Football player Elijah Mitchell scored two touchdowns and recovered a fumble in a 35-0 win over Pahrump Valley. Girls volleyball player Kelsey Motis had 17 blocks in a 3-2 win over Durango.

• DURANGO -- Girls cross country runner Stacie Mitchell placed second in the Southwest League meet. Football player Julio Mora rushed for 219 yards and four touchdowns against Sierra Vista.

• ELDORADO -- Boys soccer player Ruben Duran had a total of nine goals to lead the Sundevils to three victories. Girls cross country runner Claudia Gonzalez placed second in the Northeast League meet.

• FAITH LUTHERAN -- Football player Don Pearson passed for 94 yards and two touchdowns, had seven tackles, recovered a fumble and returned an interception 27 yards for a touchdown in a 27-13 win over Shadow Ridge.

• GREEN VALLEY -- Girls tennis player Alyssa Boman placed third at the Sunrise Region singles tournament and went 28-5 during team play. Boys tennis players Jacob Cahill and Caleb Camp placed third in the Sunrise Region doubles tournament.

• HENDERSON INTERNATIONAL -- Girls volleyball player Lee Harrison had a total of 17 kills, 13 blocks and seven aces in two matches. Football player Charles Pachas had a 22-yard TD catch and a 4-yard TD run against Spring Mountain.

• LAS VEGAS -- Football player Jason Stetson-Faubion had 12 tackles against Canyon Springs. Girls volleyball player Natresha Bernard had a total of 10 kills, five blocks and seven aces in wins over Chaparral and Valley.

• LEGACY -- Football player Martell Crockett rushed for 155 yards and a touchdown on 10 carries and returned a fumble 65 yards for a TD in a 35-7 win over Cheyenne. Girls volleyball player Latia Matthews had five kills and three blocks against Arbor View.

• LIBERTY -- Football player Samson Toalei had 16 tackles, an interception and a fumble recovery in a 21-18 win over Silverado.

• THE MEADOWS -- Boys tennis player Max Novak placed second in the Sunset Region singles tournament. Girls cross country runner Victoria Fong placed fifth in the small school division at the Southern Nevada League Championships.

• MOUNTAIN VIEW -- Football player Mark Allen had two touchdown catches, 18 tackles and a fumble recovery in a 42-22 win over Needles (Calif.).

• PALO VERDE -- Girls cross country runner Nicole Vanderstelt placed 11th at the Northwest League meet. Football player Chappell Thomas had 19 carries for 156 yards and two TDs and recorded four tackles in a 55-21 win over Arbor View.

• SHADOW RIDGE -- Boys cross country runner Kyle Wilson placed 11th in the Northwest League meet. Girls volleyball player Destinee Beavers had a total of 31 kills, nine aces, seven blocks and five assists in three matches.

• SIERRA VISTA -- Girls volleyball player Brooke Robinson had a total of 45 kills, seven aces and 22 digs for the week. Boys soccer player Colin DeFalco helped key the defense in a 2-1 victory over Pahrump Valley.

• SUNRISE MOUNTAIN -- Boys soccer player Rudy Gonzalez scored three goals in a 6-3 victory over Canyon Springs.

• VALLEY -- Boys soccer player Carlos Flores had a goal and an assist in a 3-2 win over Las Vegas.
