• ARBOR VIEW -- Boys track athlete De'mon Scurry won the 200 meters, was fourth in the 400 and ran on the winning 400 and 800 relay teams at the Ron Resler Invitational. Girls track athlete Candice McFarland won the 100 hurdles, the 300 hurdles and ran the anchor leg on the winning 800 relay team at the Ron Resler Invitational.
• BONANZA -- Boys volleyball player John Grady had 10 kills and six blocks in a 3-1 win over Rancho. Softball player Emily Osborn went 8-for-10 with two doubles, a triple and three RBIs in three games.
• BOULDER CITY -- Boys swimmer Zane Grothe won the 200-yard individual medley and 500 freestyle against Arbor View.
• CENTENNIAL -- Baseball player Sam Friend hit .643 for the week with six runs and five RBIs.
• CHAPARRAL -- Boys track athlete Malcom McMurray placed first in four events in a meet against Las Vegas and Mojave. Girls track athlete Kaylee Campos placed first in the discus and second in two events in a meet with Las Vegas and Mojave.
• CHEYENNE -- Softball player Lexi Galindo improved her average to .429 with three triples, a home run and six RBIs. Baseball player Marquis Hall went 5-for-8 with three runs scored, three RBIs and four stolen bases in three games.
• CIMARRON-MEMORIAL -- Boys volleyball player Scott Beckwith had a total of 23 kills in two matches. Softball pitcher Carrie Sheehan pitched two complete games to lead the Spartans to wins over Del Sol and Clark.
• CORONADO -- Girls track athlete Michaelanne Laurent won the 800 and 1,600 at the Ron Resler Invitational.
• DESERT OASIS -- Boys golfer Soungjae Baek placed fifth in a Southwest League match with an 86 and shot 1-over-par 37 in a dual meet with Durango. Softball player Morgan Hughes batted .333 in four games and as a pitcher had 15 strikeouts for the week.
• DURANGO -- Baseball pitcher Danny Reynolds threw a three-hitter with 11 strikeouts in a 4-3 win over Green Valley.
• GREEN VALLEY -- Girls swimmer Addie Oswald won the 200 freestyle and 100 backstroke against Palo Verde. Boys volleyball player Cameron Olsen had a total of 30 kills, nine aces and four blocks in two matches.
• THE MEADOWS -- Girls track athlete Brianna Capanna set a school record in the discus with a throw of 107 feet, 7 inches at the Laughlin Invitational.
• PALO VERDE -- Baseball player Alex Bonczyk was 7-for-12 for the week with two doubles, a triple, two home runs and 12 RBIs and also picked up a pitching victory. Softball player Missy McCormick struck out 12 and was 2-for-3 in a 10-1 win over Coronado.
• SHADOW RIDGE -- Girls track athlete Rebecca Brown won the 400 and was second in the 200 in a meet with Legacy. Boys track athlete Jon Clark won the 3,200 and placed second in the 1,600 in a win over Legacy.
• SILVERADO -- Softball player Akina Zuccaro went 3-for-5 with five RBIs, two triples two runs and also got the pitching victory with 11 strikeouts in a 13-3 win over Bishop Gorman. Baseball player Braden Keathley had seven hits for the week, including two home runs and three doubles.
• VALLEY -- Girls track athlete Christina Davis won the 110 hurdles and 300 hurdles and was part of the winning 800 relay team in a meet with Eldorado.
