CHAPARRAL -- Girls basketball player Amanda Mayes had 23 points against Rancho and 19 against Canyon Springs.

CHEYENNE -- Wrestler Kenny Davis went 3-1 at 103 pounds to place third at state and finish with a 50-8 record.

CIMARRON-MEMORIAL -- Wrestler Nick Harris won the 135-pound state championship for his second consecutive state title.

CORONADO -- Boys basketball player Cory Ford had 31 points, five assists and three steals in a 90-77 win over Del Sol. Girls basketball player Stacy Rapp totaled 21 points, eight assists and eight steals in two games.

DURANGO -- Boys basketball player Jamal Crook had 24 points against Bonanza and 32 points and seven rebounds against Bishop Gorman.

ELDORADO -- Boys basketball player Curtis Malone had 15 points and 10 rebounds in an 86-76 win over Silverado.

LIBERTY -- Boys basketball player Justin King had 22 points, 12 rebounds and four blocked shots in a 64-56 win over Foothill. Girls basketball player Jade Washington had 16 points, seven steals and six assists in a 48-41 win over Foothill.

MOJAVE -- Wrestler Jake Evans won the 130-pound state championship, helping the Rattlers to their second consecutive team title.

SIERRA VISTA -- Girls soccer goalkeeper Lana Jesic had 10 saves against Centennial. Wrestler Shane Slade placed fourth at the state tournament at 215 pounds.

SILVERADO -- Girls basketball player Mikayla Thielges had 17 rebounds and six steals in a 66-56 win over Eldorado. Boys basketball player Mike Wadsworth had eight points and 10 rebounds against Coronado.

VALLEY -- Girls basketball player Iris Barahona had eight points, 11 assists and four rebounds against Canyon Springs.
