■ ARBOR VIEW -- Boys basketball player Blake Claxton averaged 27.6 points in three games, including a school-record 33 points against Palo Verde.

■ BISHOP GORMAN -- Wrestler Christian Jones won all four of his matches by pin at 195 pounds at the Dick Comly Invitational in Victorville, Calif.

■ BONANZA -- Wrestler Ash Johnson went 4-0 at 132 pounds at the Foothill Duals. Girls bowler Tiffany Cox rolled a 625 series in a 9-0 win over Clark.

■ CANYON SPRINGS -- Girls basketball player Daijhan Cooks had six points, including a key bucket late in the closing seconds, to help the Pioneers to a 57-54 win over Las Vegas.

■ CENTENNIAL -- Girls basketball player Breanna Workman had 10 points in a 62-21 win over Faith Lutheran. Boys basketball player Brady Howell was 5-2 at 126 pounds, winning four matches by pin, at the Raul Huerta Memorial Classic in Moreno Valley, Calif.

■ CHAPARRAL -- Girls soccer goalkeeper Marcela Gonzalez averaged 10 saves in two matches. Boys bowler Kyle Graham had a 611 series in a 9-0 victory over Silverado.

■ CIMARRON-MEMORIAL -- Girls soccer player Mariah Olive had two goals in a 2-2 tie with Cheyenne. Wrestler Austin Sinyard was 5-0 at 285 pounds at the Dick Comly Invitational in Victorville, Calif.

■ CLARK -- Wrestler Justin Gullick won by pin at 132 pounds against Sierra Vista and improved to 20-12 on the season. Girls soccer player Amanda Vallejo totaled two goals and two assists in games against Western and Bonanza.

■ CORONADO -- Boys bowler Wen Jay Tan had games of 224 and 203 in a 7-2 win over Del Sol. Girls basketball player Sofie Cruz totaled 50 points and 20 rebounds in wins over Del Sol, Tech and Basic.

■ DURANGO -- Girls soccer player Emily Casale played forward and goalkeeper to help the Trailblazers to their first victory of the season, 3-2 over Western.

■ FAITH LUTHERAN -- Girls basketball player Kelsey McCourt averaged 10.7 points in three games.

■ MOUNTAIN VIEW -- Boys basketball player Joseph Guevarra had 20 points against The Meadows. Girls basketball player Briana Marruffo had 26 points and 13 steals against Agassi Prep and scored 24 points against The Meadows.

■ PALO VERDE -- Boys basketball player Nahjee Matlock had 20 points, five steals, four rebounds and three assists in an 83-53 win over Mojave. Girls basketball player Mikayla Diers averaged 7.0 points, 5.0 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.7 steals in wins over Arbor View, Faith Lutheran and Mojave.

■ SHADOW RIDGE -- Boys basketball player Nick Flowers totaled 64 points in four games. Girls soccer player Demetria Haddock helped key the defense in shutout victories over Cheyenne and Del Sol.

■ SIERRA VISTA -- Girls basketball player Jasmine Suarez totaled 50 points, 17 assists and 10 steals in three games and hit the winning shot against Bonanza.

■ SILVERADO -- Girls bowler Arnne Rodriguez had a 381 series against Del Sol. Boys bowler Dakota Relle had a 466 series against Del Sol.
