■ ARBOR VIEW -- Boys basketball player Justin Burks averaged 17 points and eight rebounds over four games at the Foothill Holiday Classic. Girls basketball player Dani Chaney scored 10 points in a 46-38 loss to Cimarron-Memorial.
■ BASIC -- Wrestler Nick Gomez (106 pounds) went 5-0 in the Basic Duals to up his record to 24-1. Girls basketball player Kailai Brantner averaged 15 points and five assists during a 3-1 stretch in the Lady Wolves Holiday Tournament at Basic.
■ CIMARRON-MEMORIAL -- Wrestler Chris Colwell (126 pounds) went 5-0 at the Desert Storm Invitational in St. George, Utah.
■ CORONADO -- Boys bowler Trevor Hochman had a 289 game in a 7-2 loss to Tech. Girls basketball player Sofie Cruz averaged 16.8 points, 3.9 rebounds and 3.9 steals during a 7-2 stretch in two tournaments.
■ DESERT OASIS -- Boys basketball player Noah Jefferson averaged 10.7 points, 8.7 rebounds and 2.7 assists in three home games in the Las Vegas Shootout. Girls basketball player Brianna Osorio averaged 10 points during a 6-1 stretch at two tournaments.
■ GREEN VALLEY -- Boys bowler Aaron Watkins had a 634 series in a 9-0 win over Del Sol. Girls basketball player Maggie Manwarren earned all-tournament status at the Monsoon Classic in Surprise, Ariz.
■ LAS VEGAS -- Boys basketball player Hasaan Henderson averaged 20.5 points, 6.7 rebounds and 2.6 steals in the Las Vegas Prep Championship. Girls basketball player Shomari Harris averaged more than 20 points, five rebounds, seven assists and five steals in the Lady Wolves Holiday Tournament at Basic.
■ PALO VERDE -- Boys basketball player Michael Buchanan had 25 points and seven rebounds in an 85-73 victory over Eldorado. Girls basketball player Lily Tapusoa averaged 11.0 points, 6.3 rebounds and 2.0 assists while leading the Panthers to the Sierra Vista Invitational final.
■ SIERRA VISTA -- Girls soccer player Sophia Omidiji tallied four goals in two matches, including three goals in a 4-3 victory over Clark.
