TODAY AT HOLLYWOOD PARK

Post Time 7:05 p.m.
Race 1 - 6 furlongs, Purse $20,000, Maiden claiming $40,000, 3-year-olds and up
Blake's Passion - Making his third start off a 10-month hiatus; tactical speed to sit a good trip, Talamo will ride the rail.
Dart River - Logical chalk is strictly the one to beat; turning back in distance, he may trail early but come flying late.
Long Shot - Midnighter
Race 2 - 1 mile (turf, rail at 15 feet), Purse $48,000, Maiden special weights, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
Outra Rafaela - Would not be a shock if Frankel wins the early daily double; chance to save ground and grind it out late.
Forest Melody - Speedball tactics will be aided with the temporary turf rail out 15 feet; goes as fast and as far as she can.
Long Shot - Likely a Star
Race 3 - 5 1/2 furlongs, Purse $11,000, Claiming $8,000, Fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up
Shirley Jean - Be wary when Monteleone takes over, his first time out percentage is excellent; adds blinkers on, will improve.
Brandi's Starlite - Won last time out for $12,500, now drops to $8k, red flag; if she's in one piece, she'll be right there.
Long Shot - River Lane
Race 4 - 7 furlongs, Purse $15,000, Maiden claiming $25,000, 3-year-olds and up
Tsetse Fly - Dropping to the lowest class of his career, so far; has some early speed, could wake up at a square price.
Marin County - Tepid chalk in a very wide open maiden claiming race; has shown good tactical speed in both of career starts.
Long Shot - Boston Direct
Race 5 - 6 furlongs (turf, rail at 15 feet), Purse $35,000, Claiming $40,000, 4-year-olds and up
Yes Master - Speedball tactics may be successful with the turf rail out 15 feet; Pedroza to play catch me if you can.
Iza General - Dead late closer has the obstacle of starting from a parking lot post; has really found a home turf sprinting.
Long Shot - Ready More
Race 6 - 6 furlongs, Purse $20,000, Claiming $16,000, Fillies, 3-year-olds
Runaway Winner - Second start out of the claim by Martin; NoCal shipper gets Talamo, which is a good for your wallet.
Ensign Moranski - Leap of faith that Espinoza jumping on this Sherman filly is a good thing; like the turn back in distance.
Long Shot - Remember Maggie
Race 7 - 6 furlongs (turf, rail at 15 feet), Purse $49,000, Allowance, 3-year-olds and up
Queen's Image - Mullins is having a miserable meet, still this gelding has a huge shot; will be forwardly placed throughout.
Ten Downing Street - Like that Talamo gets on for the first time; bugboy has a way of relaxing his mounts and saving energy.
Long Shot - Red State
Race 8 - 7 furlongs, Purse $15,000, Maiden claiming $25,000, 3-year-olds and up
One Sock Wonder - This is bugboy Foley's best chance so far to win his first SoCal race; class drop and extra distance helps.
Grecian Spur - Tepid chalk in a fairly open finale; the key is the significant class drop from $80k to this bottom $25k level.
Long Shot - Senior Discount
Best Bet - One Sock Wonder (race 8)
