TODAY AT HOLLYWOOD PARK

Post Time 1 p.m.
Race 1 - 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $17,000, Claiming $10,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
Ultra Awesome - Claimed off a sharp win by Bill Morey; certainly has more than enough back class to repeat the race.
For Sure for Sure - Has run two fine races off the claim by Librado Barocio; right there again if she can hold her form.
Long Shot - Dolly Daggers
Race 2 - 5 furlongs, Purse $20,000, Maiden claiming $40,000, Fillies, 2-year-olds
Gator At Fonz's - Two huge changes to her connections; first start under Mike Mitchell and Martin Garcia rides.
Table for One - She debuted against males and more than held her own when third; this has to be easier versus her own kind.
Long Shot - Missilette
Race 3 - 1 1/2 miles (turf, rail at 15 feet), Purse $49,000, Optional claiming $62,500, 3-year-olds and up
Lease of Life - Big changes by Mike Mitchell; he adds blinkers on and more importantly Rafael Bejarano to ride.
Falcon Rock - Second best to lone speed winner Acclamation in the Jim Murray; pace should be more edgy in here.
Long Shot - Buenos Dias
Race 4 - 1 1/16th miles, Purse $14,000, Claiming $12,500, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
Feed A Fever - West Point Thoroughbred cull ran evenly in last when dropped to this low level; now or never time.
Back Nine Doc - Her race two back is fast enough to upset these; big class drop can only help her chances.
Long Shot - Merrytagio
Race 5 - 6 furlongs, Purse $43,000, Allowance, 3-year-olds and up
Patriotic Soldier - Did everything but win last time in a solid try; second start off a 2-month hiatus can be even better.
Buck's Bro - Marty Jones has an uncoupled entry so keep an eye on River Echo too; the longer odds horse usually runs better.
Long Shot - River Echo
Race 6 - 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $24,000, Claiming $16,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
Squeeze Me Tight - Tiny edge in a really difficult heat; Ron Ellis adding blinkers on, class drop will help too.
Malusita - A horse that just won must always be respected; Joe Talamo for Joel Rosario who is on suspension.
Long Shot - Kaylie's Joy
Race 7 - 6 furlongs (turf, rail at 15 feet), Purse $43,000, Allowance, 3-year-olds
Sirocco Strike - Was flattered when Bradium crushed a MSW field next out; can stalk and pounce while saving ground inside.
Privilaged - Has been aggressively placed in the Swale and Matt Winn; returns in a plausible spot where he badly needs a confidence boost.
Long Shot - Fandino
Race 8 - 1 1/8th miles, Purse $16,600, Maiden claiming $25,000, 3-year-olds and up
Caso O - Lost all chance in last when hung very wide throughout; the one to beat with any sort of a trip tonight.
Rockstar Ben - Tepid chalk has improved with each career start; Richard Rosales is an underrated trainer, don't ignore.
Long Shot - Milty Way
Best Bet - Ultra Awesome (race 1)
Hollywood Park Wednesday - Picks/Winners/Mutuels, 15/4/$39.80; Long Shots, 7/1/$5.60; Best Bet, 1/1/$3.40
