Holloween Candy - Taking the biggest class drop in racing from MSW to maiden claiming; like the return of Rafael Bejarano.

Miss Picaboo - Logical second choice was claimed in last by the sizzling Mike Mitchell; need not be much to succeed.

Long Shot - Ascot's Highflyer

Race 2 - 1 1/16th miles, Purse $44,000, Optional claiming $80,000, 3-year-olds

Lions Story - Just missed last time by an inch; been a money burner beaten favorite 5 times among 7 career starts.

Just Magic - Would be no shock to see a small upset by this colt; his race 2 back is fast enough to beat these.

Long Shot - Boulder Creek

Race 3 - 1 1/16th miles (turf, rail at 20 feet), Purse $34,000, Claiming $40,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up

Rule The Storm - Speedy sort will love the turf rail out 20 feet tonight; can lead or follow close up.

Talktomuch - Last time she ran for a $40K price tag, she won on grass at Hollywood; trainers love to repeat a winning formula.

Long Shot - Rollerskates

Race 4 - 1 1/16th miles, Purse $16,600, Maiden claiming $25,000, 3-year-olds and up

Zilarator - Parking lot post is a negative, but has shown improvement in his last 2 starts; will grind hard late.

Greely's Ghost - Been parked wide in both starts this year; has enough speed to clear or sit close up.

Long Shot - Body Builder

Race 5 - 6 furlongs (turf, rail at 20 feet), Purse $29,000, Claiming $25,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up

Enumclaw Girl - Claimed by Doug O'Neill off a sharp second; he takes the blinkers off, keeps Rafael Bejarano on.

A Sassy Fusaichi - Edged Enumclaw Girl in last and was also claimed; Jack Carava takes over and adds Joel Rosario.

Long Shot - Mission Viejo Halo

Race 6 - 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $24,000, Claiming $16,000, Fillies, 3-year-olds

Miss Olivia K - Tiny edge in a very difficult heat; good tactical speed and taking a subtle class drop too.

Blind Optimism - Speedball takes a significant drop in class; Doug O'Neill adds blinkers on and Rafael Bejarano.

Long Shot - Pretty Kinzie

Race 7 - 5 1/2 furlongs, Purse $43,000, Allowance, Cal-breds, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up

Amina - This first allowance condition has some improving claimers; when Mike Mitchell gets them good, they stay good.

Tribalicious - Sure to be overbet, got a big write-up in the Daily Racing Form; exits turf for synthetics.

Long Shot - Good Night Gyrene

Race 8 - 5 1/2 furlongs, Purse $41,000, Maiden special weights, Cal-breds, Fillies, 2-year-olds

Georgie's Sweetie - Kin to Georgie Boy has every right to improve in second career start; should be ready to purr.

Faisca - FTS has shown enough to attract Rafael Bejarano to ride; watch the tote board for additional clues.

Long Shot - Cookinthisorthat

Best Bet - Georgie's Sweetie (race 8)

Hollywood Park Wednesday - Picks/Winners/Mutuels, 15/5/$46.40; Long Shots, 8/2/$28.60; Best Bet, 1/1/$2.60

SIMULCAST PICK OF THE DAY - #3 Sorority Sister (8/5) in race 3 at Belmont Park. For scoring purposes, we'll make a hypothetical $2 win, place and show bet, $6 total. On Wednesday, D'argento ran third at Belmont Park paying $2.60 to show. Stats - 115/82/$584.30
